Welcome to LÍNEA. By using this app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

What LÍNEA is

LÍNEA is an entertainment and self-reflection app that uses artificial intelligence to generate palm readings, daily horoscopes, affirmations, and other content drawing on palmistry, astrology, and numerology traditions. LÍNEA is intended to be a tool for reflection and curiosity — nothing more.

Important: this is not advice

LÍNEA readings are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or life advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on what your palm reading says.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use LÍNEA. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old.

Subscriptions

LÍNEA offers two subscription options: Monthly at $9.99 and Annual at $49.99.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

LÍNEA does not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use LÍNEA only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
  • Use the app to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to bypass subscription requirements or scan limits

Your content

Any journal entries, profile information, and palm images you provide remain yours. You grant LÍNEA a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the app's services.

No guarantees

The readings, horoscopes, affirmations, and other content generated by LÍNEA are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LÍNEA and its operators are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of the app, including any decisions you make based on its readings.

Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue LÍNEA at any time. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using LÍNEA at any time by deleting the app and using the Delete Account feature. We may suspend or terminate your access to LÍNEA if you violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LÍNEA's operating entity is registered.
