We're a small team, and every message reaches a real person. Whatever you need — a question about your reading, your subscription, or your data — we're here to help.

Get in touch

The fastest way to reach us is email. Write to trylinea@outlook.com and we'll get back to you, usually within one to two days. If something isn't working, including your device model and iOS version helps us help you faster.

Subscriptions & billing

LÍNEA offers a monthly and an annual membership, billed securely through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel your plan anytime in the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions.

Subscribed but still seeing a locked reading or the paywall? Open Profile → Restore Purchases, then fully close and reopen the app. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it out for you.

Your readings & data

Everything — your profile, readings, journal entries, and palm images — lives privately on your device. You can export all of it as a file via Profile → Export My Data, or permanently delete it via Profile → Delete Account. Deletion cannot be undone.

Getting a clear scan

Your reading is only as clear as the image it's drawn from. For the best results:

  • Find soft, even light — natural daylight is ideal
  • Fill the frame with your open palm
  • Relax your hand with fingers slightly apart
  • Hold steady until the capture completes

If a reading ever feels off, simply scan again — lighting makes a real difference.
